Randal Rec. Center is located on South Capitol & I Sts., SW

By metro

Randall Recreation Center is accessible by rail but it involves some walking. You can get off at Federal Center South West or South Capital (blue and orange line) or Water Front (green line) metro stations. From the Water front you will come up the escalator and take a right (go towards Safeway). Go down M Street until you reach Delaware (about 2 blocks). Take a left on Delaware and go two blocks (you will cross I street and be heading to a dead end). When you reach the dead end circle make a right and follow the road to the end. You are now at the field.

By car

From the South

First, get to 395 North - Then: take 395 North over the 14th Street Bridge (stay in the right lanes going over the bridge). Continue on 395 you will be heading East (get in one of the two left lanes). You are not going to go in any of the tunnels. Take the first exit after the exits for the tunnels (South Capital Street). When you come off the ramp take your first Right, I Street (Best Western Hotel). Field is on your right. Park on I Street or go to Delaware and take a right (dead end). Take a right at the dead end circle, road leads to the field park were ever you can.

From North:

Get on North Capital or South Capital and go South until you reach I street. Make a right on I street. You made it to the practice pitch.
